Our local truffles harvested at the peak of ripeness offer a sensory experience that rivals European varieties such as the Perigord and Alba truffles. Choose the Oregon White Truffle Oil and savor notes of spices, garlic and cheese. Or choose the Washington Black Truffle Oil and notice hints of fruit and chocolate.

Our truffle oils are infused with dog-harvested truffles which are checked again for peak ripeness and aroma profile. Light Olive Oil is chosen as the base so that the truffle aroma is not impeded and can fully express itself. The infusion process starts on the day of truffle harvest and lasts for three days to ensure the best results. You can be guaranteed that the truffle oil you receive from Konifir Truffle Co is of the highest quality. That is why we call it "signature" truffle oil. Enjoy!
